About me.

I’m a freelance graphic designer with over 20 years of experience, working from my small studio in west Wales, UK.

I specialise in logo design, brand creation, literature design, environmental design and campaigns, bringing my wealth of experience, creativity, attention to detail and craft to each project.

After completing a foundation year in art at Winchester School of Art, and graduating with a first class honours from the University of Salford in graphic design,

I began my career working in studios in London and Brighton, working at agencies such as TW Creative, Hill & Knowlton and Corporate Edge, before setting up my own studio in 2009.

Originally from Sussex, we moved to Carmarthenshire in west Wales ten years ago to raise our family in a beautiful rural setting, and I enjoy the balance of working with my loyal, long-standing clients based in England, as well as proudly creating brands for local companies and start-ups. The stunning mountain scenery and dramatic coasts here never fail to inspire me.

What you might not know about me…

– I spent five years living in Italy near Rome when I was a kid… and still speak rusty Italian!

– I went to university in Manchester after falling in love with the local music scene in my teenage years, and the Victorian architecture blew me away

– My first computer was the original iMac back in 1999… in tangerine!

– I once walked the South Downs Way solo and loved the chalk landscapes and prehistoric sites I passed

– Twenty years ago my husband and I went travelling round India by train for six months – the experience of a lifetime

– I listen to Radio 3 when I work and have always found music really inspiring and complementary to my work, and I enjoy music of most genres

– My favourite colour is blue and the walls of my office are painted an inky blue

– Fitness is really important to me, so when I’m not working I love walking in my local area, as well as my weekly yoga and pilates class

– The rest of the time, my three daughters keep me pretty busy!
